Obligations of the customer

The customer is obliged to follow all instructions received from the permanent make-up practitioner regarding the treatment process.
Payment is due upon signing the contract at the first consultation.
If information is withheld that could pose a health or even life-threatening risk to the customer or studio staff, legal action may be taken.

Payment

The customer undertakes to pay the full treatment price at the first treatment. After 5-6 weeks at the earliest, a second treatment will be carried out, in which everything will be reworked and perfected. This treatment is included in the price.

The touch-up prices are as follows: For permanent makeup eyebrows, up to 2.5 years after the follow-up appointment, the client pays 550.- for the eyebrows; for the upper lash line, 50% of 700.-; for eyeliner, 50% of 800; for lips, 50% of the original price; approximately 3 to 4 years after the follow-up check, 70% of the original price; and after approximately 4.5 years, the client pays the full price again. For trichopigmentation, a refresh is charged at an hourly rate of 300.-, including materials. For areola treatments, the hourly rate is 300.-, including materials. For camouflage treatments, the hourly rate is 180.-, including materials.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of a planned treatment and/or a subsequent complaint, payments already made will not be refunded. If the customer interrupts the treatment during the initial treatment, 50% of the treatment price will also be charged. In the event of prevention, whether for a treatment or a consultation, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise 50% of the treatment price or 100% of the consultation price will be charged.

Place of jurisdiction

In all cases, Zug. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
